Osa Builders has a long list of completed structures built in both concrete block, tropical hardwood, and traditional rancho style construction. The pictures shown are some examples of completed works. The links shown below will take you to a sequence of photographs showing the progression of construction of a jewelry-box house built from tropical hard woods on concrete pilings in the maritime zone of Carate. This house was built of a variety of tropical hardwoods, was completed in 23 weeks, at a cost of $82 per square foot. Osa Builders collaborated in design and permitting and undertook all construction. Water supply, a hybrid alternative energy (solar and hydroelectric) and satellite Internet and VOIP telephony was installed in partnership with Osa Water Works.
