Osa Builders will be pleased to work with drawings prepared by a  professional US architect, local architectural talent, or even non-professional drawings.  We partner with a local architect to adapt drawings for local permitting to Costa Rican standards and requirements.  We can also undertake the design process from the start, beginning with photographs or even verbal or written descriptions of the desired product.

For metal fabrication, furniture design, and relatively uncomplicated structures like security bodegas, storage tanks, septic systems, we welcome verbal descriptions and will prepare the preliminary drawings at little or not cost for your evaluation and for estimation purposes.  Once we have gone through the necessary design iterations to arrive at the product that you want, we will take it to a professional architect if needed for permitting or in the case of furniture and metal works will begin fabrication upon the customer's approval of design and construction costs.
