Permitting

Osa Builders will ensure before we undertake any job that all permitting is completed and up to date.  The Municipality of Golfito is the regulating authority responsible for the issuance of building and remodeling permits, and the issuance of these requires that corporate and property paperwork are all in order and that the proper architectural certifications have been met.  We have cordial relations with both the permitting authorities at the Municipality as well as with partnering consultants in the Municipalities of Golfito and Osa that enable us to obtain your permits in the shortest time possible and for the lowest price.  For estimates on permitting fees, simply provide us with a description of your project, including your property site map and the dimensions of the structure under consideration.

Please allow for 2-4 weeks for full permitting of any new job, presuming all supporting paperwork is in order.  To expedite the completion of your job, start with the design and permitting in advance of your desired start date for optimal satisfaction.
